As proud members of the British Association of Removers (BAR), the International Association of Movers (IAM), Harmony Relocation and FIDI we benefit from regular briefings on industry trends that help to keep our working methodologies up-to-date and at the forefront of best practice. These affiliations also put us in daily contact with partners nationally and globally, helping to foster strong alliances that deliver excellent levels of service to our clients at home and abroad.

As a FIDI member we are one of the few moving companies with headquarters in Scotland to benefit from an independently audited quality benchmark.

The programme is based on ‘The FAIM Standard’ which includes over 200 defined quality requirements which a company has to comply with in its operations and customer service. The quality requirements cover every aspect of the administration and performance of an international removal. They take into account every facet of a moving company’s services, procedures, staff training, vehicle and warehouse maintenance and facilities.

The FAIM Standard is associated with the ‘FAIM Certification Programme’ designed to ensure that Clark and Rose maintains this high level of quality at all times. Our company has to go through a periodic independent assessment of our international moving activities. This strict quality management programme allows us to help guarantee a high quality service to our clients and provide our customers with and additional layer of confidence in our services.

 

Clark & Rose (Removals) Limited is also an authorised member and agent of The Movers Trading Club Ltd (MTC) which is a Foreign (non-USA) based ‘Non Vessel Operating Common Carrier’ (NVOCC) registered with the US Federal Maritime Commission (FMC), organisation number 027552.
